- Iggy shares that he's married, and it makes things weird with Trevor.
- Iggy gets called to the ER when a patient is acting up and having an episode. Iggy tries to help, but Wilder intervenes, it's her brother.
- Helen feels like her mother is ruining things for her. She talks to Max about it and he wants to meet her.
- Helen shares with her mother at lunch that she moved to London Her mother is shocked and hurt by it.
- Serwa brings up that maybe Helen isn't cut out for motherhood and her fertility issues.
- Wilder wants Iggy to release her brother, Adam
- A mother, Nicole, gets into an accident with her husband Dion. they believe their daughter Tia will die the way their last child did. Lauren tries to figure out what's wrong with Tia. Tia starts having a seizure.
- Max helps out a man who had an infection and needed more yeast. He prescribes him day drinking.
- Floyd has to double amputate the father Dion, of the woman and kid.
- They deny Wilder's request to take Adam back home.
- Helen tells her mother off for pushing her father out of her life and leaves just as Max arrives late with flowers.
- Iggy figures out that Adam faked his latest episode to find a reason to stay there inpatient so he can move out and stop burdening his sister.
- Helen tells Max to stay out of her family. She argues with him. They get a phone call.
- Trevor apologizes for flirting with IGgy.
- Adam asks Wilder to let him go.
- Floyd figures out what is wrong with the father, Dion, who is now dying, and Lauren and the others figure out what happened to the baby and save her.
- Lauren meets with Leyla to say she wants to atone and that her residency spot is still open and she'll leave.
- Ella tells Iggy that VIjay died, and the others mourn with each other. Helen and Max show up too.
