When Hen gets up to see Bobby, Athena is no longer there.

Athena visits the house and grabs her gun from the safe. She realizes someone is in the home and finds her neighbor, Polly, there. She asks Polly if she can borrow her car.

Athena calls Maddie from Polly's car and asks for the address to Amir's house, claiming they have reason to believe he may be in danger. Maddie gives her the address.

At the hospital, Hen and Chimney wonder where Athena is. Maddie then calls Chimney and tells him about the call with Athena. The three put together that Amir was involved in the fire in Minnesota.

Amir comes home to Athena standing in his living room with a gun. She accuses him of starting the fire, which he denies. She goes to arrest him, but before they leave, men who appear to be in the cartel show up.

Amir gives himself up to them while Athena stays back.

The 118 discuss the situation with Athena outside Bobby's room and see Bobby fighting in his bed and machines going off.

Athena follows the men who took Amir to a warehouse, and she calls 911 for assistance.

Herman is revealed to be the one who orchestrated the fire and kidnapped Amir, looking to get revenge for the death of his grandson. Before he can stab Amir, Athena, having come inside, makes noise, and one of the men looks for the source. Athena takes the man at gunpoint, revealing herself to Herman, before setting a fire in the room, scaring the men off.

Amir knocks Herman over but freezes at the sight of the fire. Athena then helps walk him out to where the police are waiting and sees Herman get arrested. Athena then receives a phone call and rushes to the hospital, where Bobby is awake.

He tells him that he can admire him for what he's done since the fire and that he shouldn't quit. The two then shake hands.

At the station, Buck asks Eddie about Christopher, but he has not heard from him. Ravi then asks them if they saw that no captain is listed.
