Recap
Another performance show has come and gone. Let's go over the results in details, shall we?
Michael Irvin & Anna Demidova: Gotta at least admire Irvin's purple-on-lavender suit. The Fox Trot? Eh, not a smuch. Carrie Ann called the routine "gracious" and "fluid," but the scores didn't reflect glowing praise
Score: 23
Donny Osmond & Kym Johnson: Time for the Quickstep. As always, Donny brought the energy, but his footwork was sloppy at times. No chance for high scores here.
Score: 24
Mark Dacascos & Anna Trebunskaya: No Lacey Schwimmer, out with the flu. This dance missed her, as it resembled a slow-motion samba. It certain'y was not smooth, and Mark is now in danger of going home.
Score: 19
Mya & Dmitry Chaplin: This was an example of fluid movement! Dmitri looked great in a white suit, while Mya glided over the floor in a satin dress. Of course, Len thought there were "too many gimmicks," but boo to him!
Score: 25
Aaron Carter & Karina Smirnoff: Great Jive, easily Carter's best of the season. "To the galaxy and beyond!" shouted Bruno, while Len thought he had "enough energy to light up Hollywood."
Score: 29
Kelly Osbourne & Louis van Amstel: Kelly was definitely more confident this week, as her salsa was a major significant improvement. Still, she flubbed a few steps and could also be in trouble this week.
Score: 24
Joanna Krupa & Derek Hough: There was a clear hop when there should have been a graceful extension, but hard to find much fault in this routine. The number of poses likely cut into the score a bit, but this pairing is certainly safe.
