TV Ratings Report: The Neighborhood Hits Series High

The Neighborhood is blossoming into a hit at CBS.
The freshman comedy series scored a 1.4 in the demo, hitting a new series high.
It also secured 7.5 million total viewers.
Leading out of that, Man With a Plan opened its third season with 6.2 million total viewers and a 1.1 rating.
This is a positive return for the Matt Leblanc-fronted comedy series. It was an improvement on Happy Together.
Celebrity Big Brother moved to 9/8c and scored a 1.1 rating and 4.2 million total viewers.
Bull closed out the night with another 0.8 rating and 6.3 million total viewers.
Arrow celebrated its 150th episode on The CW with another 0.4 rating. It scored 1.1 million total viewers.
Black Lightning had 1 million total viewers and a 0.3 rating right after.
The Bachelor had 6.2 million total viewers and a 1.8 rating, allowing it to beat America's Got Talent: Champions (9.8 million/1.6 rating) in the demo.
The Good Doctor dipped to 5.9 million viewers and a 1.0 rating, narrowly beating out Manifest which had 5.3 million viewers and a 0.9 rating.
Over on Fox, The Resident (5.4 million/1.0 rating) picked up a tenth while The Passage (3.8 million/0.9 rating) held steady.
