The Good Doctor and A Million Little Things Renewed at ABC
Paul Dailly at .ABC is bringing back to of its most popular series for the 2019-20 TV season.
The Good Doctor has been renewed for Season 3, while A Million Little Things has been renewed for Season 2.
The news was revealed during ABC's turn at the Television Critics Association winter press tour on Tuesday.
The Good Doctor remains a hit in its second season and regularly tops its Monday at 10 PM slot in the demo.

It stars Freddie Highmore as Shaun Murphy, a doctor who struggles with social cues.
The show chronicles his day-to-day struggles, as well as the interpersonal relationships of the other staff at the hospital.
Richard Schiff, Nicholas Gonzalez, Antonia Thomas, Hill Harper, and Fiona Gubelmann are also part of the cast.
The Good Doctor Season 2 is almost over, but we know that the show's executive producer, Daniel Dae Kim will be scrubbing in as the new chief of surgery.
As for A Million Little Things, it focuses on a group of friends whose lives are changed forever when someone close to them commits suicide.
The death acts as an inciting incident to make them realize that they've been coasting along, and need to change things.
It stars James Roday, David Giuntoli, Grace Park, Romany Malco, Ron Livingston, Allison Miller, Christina Moses, and Stephanie Szostak.
A Million Little Things premiered on Wednesdays in the fall and pulled in middling ratings.

Since moving behind Grey's Anatomy on Thursdays, it has hit and matched series highs.
The show has been a force on the DVR front since its debut, eying gains of almost 140 percent in the demo with seven days factored in.
ABC has yet to confirm an episode order for either series, but The Good Doctor will likely continue with 18 episode runs.
