TV Ratings Report: Empire Bounces Back

Fox's Empire (5.7 million/1.8 rating) spiked two-tenths from last week's season low to reverse its downward spiral.
Star (4 million/1.2 rating) got a bump in total viewers remained even in the demo.
CBS: Survivor (8.9 million/1.8 rating) and SEAL Team (6.8 million/1.1 rating) were right in line with their most recent results, while Criminal Minds (5.3 million/0.9 rating) inched down a tenth.
ABC: The Goldbergs (5.4 million/1.5 rating), Speechless (4.3 million/1.1 rating), Modern Family (5.8 million/1.7 rating), American Housewife (4.6 million/1.2 rating) and Designated Survivor (3.9 million/0.7 rating) were all in line with their season averages.
The CW: Riverdale (1.5 million/0.5 rating) and Dynasty (0.7 million/0.2 rating) were even with their most recent originals.
NBC: Law & Order: SVU (6.2 million/1.3 rating) and Chicago PD (6.5 million/1.2 rating) were both down.
