TV Ratings Report: Doubt Premieres Low

CBS: Doubt (5.3 million/0.8 rating) launched with horrible ratings that have cast doubt over the show's future. For comparison purposes, Code Black Season 2 averaged 6 million viewers and a 1.0 rating in the slot.
Earlier in the evening, Criminal Minds (7.3 million/1.3 rating) gained a tenth, while Hunted (5.4 million/1.2 rating) was on par with last week's results.
The CW: Arrow (1.7 million/0.6 rating) and The 100 (1.1 million/0.4 rating) were both stable.
Fox: Lethal Weapon (6.3 million/1.4 rating) ticked up, while Star (4.1 million/1.2 rating) went the other way.
ABC: The Goldbergs (6.5 million/1.8 rating) ticked up, while Speechless (5.6 million/1.5 rating), Modern Family (6.9 million/2.0 rating) and Match Game (3.5 million/0.9 rating) ticked down.
Black-ish (5.3 million/1.5 rating) remained steady with recent ratings.
NBC: Law & Order: SVU (6.2 million/1.5 rating) ticked down, but Chicago PD (6.5 million/1.3 rating) and Blindspot (4.3 million/0.9 rating) were steady.
