TV Ratings Report: How High Did Arrow Go?

Crossover week continued on The CW, and it sent Arrow to season highs.
The CW: Arrow (3.5 million/1.3 rating) doubled its season average, but Frequency (1.1 million/0.3 rating) got no benefit from the improved lead in.
Fox: Lethal Weapon (6.4 million/1.6 rating) & Empire (7.8 million/2.8 rating) both took a hit.
CBS: Survivor (8.8 million/1.9 rating) and Code Black (5.9 million/1.0 rating) ticked up, while Criminal Minds (7.4 million/1.4 rating) was flat.
ABC: The Goldbergs (5.9 million/1.7 rating) and Speechless (4.9 million/1.5 rating) were down, while Modern Family (6.8 million/2.2 rating) was even. Black-ish (5.4 million/1.8 rating) and Designated Survivor (5.5 million/1.3 rating) were both up.
NBC: It was Christmas In Rockefeller (10.5 million/1.7 rating) and Dolly Parton's Christmas (11.5 million/1.8 rating).
