John Leguizamo is set to lay down the law on The Good Wife Season 5.

In news broken by E!, the veteran actor will guest star on an upcoming episode of this CBS smash, coming on board at least one episode as the new Cook County State's Attorney.

This popular, fair-minded lawyer takes over that job from Peter Florrick after the latter became governor... and now we're left to wonder if his first order of business will be to investigate the governor's voting scandal. 

The Good Wife, of course, is known for its stellar resume of guest stars.

This year's additions have included Jeffrey Tambor, Carrie Preston, Gary Cole, America Ferrera and John Benjamin Hickey, with Michael J. Fox set to reprise the role of Louis Canning this spring.

The drama finally returns on March 9 and you can watch The Good Wife online at TV Fanatic if you need to catch up.
