The Daily Show Bids Farewell to John Oliver, Brings Correspondent to Tears

The Daily Show brought viewers to tears last night.
But not due to Jon Stewart's snarky take on the news for a change.
John Oliver - who is leaving for his own HBO series in 2014 - made his final appearance as a correspondent on the episode... and Stewart surprised the comedian by putting a halt to the duo's planned bit and instead airing a montage of Oliver's best moments.
And when it was over? After snippets of Oliver's interview with a pro-Apartheid activist had aired and after we saw Oliver playing with a chimp and being hoisted on the shoulders of excited bar patrons?
