TV Ratings Report: So Scandalous!
Matt Richenthal at .A Presidential shooting and a Liz Lemon wedding both helps their shows to strong ratings last night, as both Scandal and 30 Rock improved in the young demographic from the episode before. The former hit a season high.
The Vampire Diaries, meanwhile, shot up 15% in the same demographic when compared to the November 15 installment.
