After last night's episode delivered some unexpected revelations (see TVF's Grey's Anatomy review of "I Was Made For Lovin' You" for a full breakdown), it looks like we can expect more of the same next Thursday.

Some of the major plot points we can look forward to, according to ABC:

• Alex starts to see Jo differently.
• Shane learns a valuable lesson from April.
• Meredith asks Heather to help fix Derek's hand.
• Cristina sets Stephanie and Leah against each other in a competition.

Also, the seasoned veterans admire/loathe the new interns' enthusiasm, while Neve Campbell makes an appearance as Derek's sister Lizzie, the third of the four to visit the hospital for one reason or another.
