Fringe Spoilers: What Will Happen at 6:02?

at .

Have you noticed it, Fringe fans? 6:02 a.m.

That time has been embedded in promos for this Fox drama for weeks, and John Noble told us today that it's not by accident.

“It’s the time that something happens, and that time frame plays through the [final] three episodes,” the actor said on a call with reporters. “It’s important as we get toward the finale to remember that time frame.”

John Noble as Walter Bishop

That time also serves as the title for this week's Fringe episode. Why might that be? Noble simply teased:

“What happens is that Walternate finds a way to activate the machine... As a result, our world starts to seriously break down, which of course prompts panic on our side.”

The star says the installment is especially "powerful" and finishes in a "dramatic place," leading to what he refers to as a "trilogy" of "extraordinary episodes.”

Fringe Quotes

Walter: It's a shame I don't have a lab. I'd like to examine him.
Peter: You do have a lab, Walter. Your lab at Harvard.
Walter: Yes. I do, don't I?

Just your average multi-national corporation specializing in secret bio research and defense contracting. Massive Dynamic. Seems like such an innocent name for a corporation, don't you think?
