This evening on Private Practice, it's more pregnancy drama as Addison's patient and the life of the three unborn babies she is carrying as a surrogate hang in the balance.

The new wrinkle? Sam's new girlfriend and Addison are sharply divided over the course of treatment. This program is the poster child for not mixing business and pleasure!

Meanwhile, Cooper seeks Sheldon's help with a young patient, but their personal quarrels over Charlotte get in the way - the second such triangle Sheldon has been in now.

As we know, Naomi has a similar love dilemma with her boss, William, and an increasingly, unexpectedly charming Dr. Fife. How will these intertwining relationships be resolved?
